START MAKING YOURSELF FEEL BETTER

So you're in your 20's, mostly, and you're already bored of life. You feel it is too monotonous. The daily mundane routine. The same shitty job/college/schedule/life. It has started getting on your nerves. And you want a way out. So what do you do?



Do things that you like but haven't done in a while. You can Start a book. If you're not a book person, then you must START. (The ALCHEMIST is a great book to begin with).

Open YouTube, and watch your favourite cartoons. I'm sure you'll enjoy them even now.

If you've tried those, then change something on you.
Go get a fresh haircut (you can also go bald for no reason);
Wear a good cologne (in case you just have one, BUY ONE MORE);

  • GO CYCLING. Basically, do something that enhances your mood



Follow a sitcom or a web-series. Watch a movie before you go to bed. Everyone has a movie-list, pick one and watch it! 


Take a sheet, and start DRAWING. It doesn't have to be a good sketch. You don't have to post it on Instagram. You're doing it because you like it. That's it. You're doing it because it interests you.

It's at these times, that you wish you had not stopped playing the Piano, or sketching or whatever your hobby is. Because, doing what you enjoy doing, Helps!



Wake up early and Meditate. Go to the temple. Get some positivity. Watch some motivational videos, or a podcast. Or take out that cricket bat from the store-room and make a Sunday morning plan.



These are by far the BEST-

-Wear that dress that makes you feel like on top of the world. 

-Or just go for a walk at night. Alone. With you thoughts. Or your earphones.
