Pressure V/S Tension

Ever felt that there's just too much to take in life?

Your school/college, your work, and I think that's enough to account for almost 90% of your pressure. And if you're lucky then you might have the urge to spend some quality time with yourself, all alone, but that seems almost impossible, given all the pressure that exists.

So, now, being unable to do what you want to, makes you feel all irritated. Which eventually leads you to not wanting to do anything.

Expecting a positive result of your hard work can be another source of your pressure. Say you've been trying to build a business or maybe start something, and 2 months in, you're expecting results and when there isn't any (which naturally there won't be), you again feel dull.

I want to tell you that don't confuse pressure with tension. You see, the moment all these mount on you simultaneously, you feel that it's harmful to have so much going on in your life and then you feel like taking a break and just disappearing for a while. But, honestly, this is the time that you ant to push a bit harder instead of giving up.

Look, the moment you start thinking of all the pressure that you're facing and stop going any further with anything, it converts to tension.

Now this is what you don't want. Embrace Pressure but avoid Tension. You want Pressure. Because that is what will lift you to the next level and ultimately to success.

Tension is the exact opposite. It will put you down. You won't feel like doing anything and you will on the path towards destruction.

Just distinguish Pressure from Tension

And act accordingly.
